With a stone on my chest I laid at the bottom of a pool. I keep my eyes open most of the time. At the end of the performance I leave the stone one the pool's bottom.
On a further version of this piece I used a plastic hose to breath and extend the performance length to 20 min.

We often carry loads and pain within us, this piece was conceived as a ceremony to embrace and face such a weight. At the end of the piece the weight is left behind.
